Q. Is my transaction safe? A. Yes, we value the security of your credit card information. Your credit card transaction takes place on a secure server using SSL technology which encrypts your credit cards details while sending your particulars for authorization.
Q. I do not have a credit card. How do I make payments? A. We accept payment for orders by various modes. In case, you do not have a credit card, you can send us payments through wire transfer(TT) or western union money transfer.
Q. Can I make payments in currency other than US Dollars? A. Yes, your convenience is of utmost importance to us. Hence, we accept payments in all currencies of the world.
Q. How much do I pay in my currency against your prices mentioned in US Dollars? A. Please check the Currency Convertor for the equivalent rates in your preferred currency and send us the payment at our address.
Q. I am a wholesale buyer interested in buying Pashminas in bulk. How do I proceed? A. Please visit our wholesale Orders section and choose a package as per your requirements.
Q. In how many days will I receive my shawl? A. We dispatch all orders by courier within seven days of receiving payments.
Q. Do I have to pay customs duty on my order or clear my goods at customs? A. For 1-50 pieces, we deliver the goods at your doorstep by courier
